The mission of the Carver Community Cultural Center is to celebrate the diverse cultures of our world, nation, and community, with emphasis on its African and African-American heritage, by providing challenging artistic presentations, community outreach activities, and educational programs.

The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. Inspired by Jewish values, NCJW strives for social justice by improving the quality of life for women, children, and families and by safeguarding individual rights and freedoms.

The purpose for which Pride San Antonio is formed is to instill pride, celebrate unity, embrace diversity, and recognize the contributions of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender community in the San Antonio metropolitan area. This will be accomplished by creating visibility and promoting full human and civil rights through education, celebrations, and networking to the extent allowed by the nonprofit status of Pride San Antonio.

SAMMinistries is an interfaith ministry whose mission is to help the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless attain self-sufficiency by offering, with dignity and compassion, shelter, housing, and services.

SJRC Texas is dedicated to building resilient families and fostering safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children. With a focus on family preservation and child well-being, the nonprofit delivers a comprehensive suite of evidence-based services, including therapeutic care, community-based support, and in-home interventions.

The Tuesday Musical Club, founded in 1901, holds the distinction of being the oldest musical club for women in Texas.

The San Antonio Food Bank strives to maintain the highest standard of efficiency while providing food to those in need. With only a 2% overhead, 98% of donated resources go to help set the table for 105,000 individuals a week.

Our mission is brought forth by addressing the social determinants of health through a trauma-informed care lens. The social determinants of health are where people live, learn, work, play, and age. They are broken into the five categories as set by HealthyPeople 2020/2030: economic stability, education, health and health care, neighborhood and built environment, and social and community context.

TRLA’S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL LEGAL ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION TO IMPOVERISHED PEOPLE.

Our Mission is to provide a safe and nurturing shopping experience for teenagers in need. Our target age group is 12-21 years of age; to include teens in foster care, teens that have aged out of foster care, homeless teens, or other teens in need of support. We project that we will serve over 5,000 referred teens this year providing them complete outfits and accessories FOR FREE.

Wonder Theatre is a nonprofit, live performance theatre engaging the San Antonio community with musical productions and educational programming year-round since 2012. The Center for Refugee Services assists thousands of legally resettled refugees every year with the help of a small group of paid staff members and many additional monthly volunteers.

Founded in 1943, Boysville began as a home for homeless boys. Today, Boysville provides a continuum of trauma-informed services and care for children and caregivers affected by abuse, neglect, and family crisis. Since 2000, our programs have been nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation.

The Bexar County Family Justice Center provides services and resources necessary to assist victims of domestic violence and their families in one centralized location.

A mission to bridge the gap between substance use disorder treatment and long-term recovery for individuals at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness by providing the safe, supportive environment they need to heal from addiction, rebuild their lives, and achieve lasting self-sufficiency.
